I'm wondering if its possible to create an app that reads from a txt file

so i could write a txt file of card idea i have, and the app would shuffle them and give them me 1 at a time as if i had drawn them,

I image something like :
read text file count up card type .. mix card types click to show 1st card.

description/rules "the net drawn tile comes from the dungeon stack"

keyword1 (idea for some key words card)

I think i could type in existing cards, and add my own and create my own deck mixes

ultimately i'd like to choose which txt file i use each session,

i do have a little programming knowledge i've tried android before but not had the time to commit to pushing it..

also it would be nice to have a treasure app and monster app but 1st things 1st..


I know low tech i could seleve my card and put in print-outs or paper scraps but i think once the app is build it would be easier and cause less agro finding cards, mixing sets, adding new ideas....

i think i could make a flash app and host it on a web site for this with out having to learn andorid still need the time,
