Hey all, this is Rodger and wanted to tell you Im going to try the kickstarter route and try to get Dungeon Crusade funded. I have seen for YEARS people like myself for a solo based dungeon crawl game with tons of loot, monsters that have devious attacks and special attacks to challenge your heroes, and a big boss at the end to kill. And the ability to create and share scenarios with like minded people I figure, what do I got to lose? Again, Im using some some of the D&D stuff as place holders until I get more of my concept out. I have created much of the stuff you'll see, with the exception of the D&D figures. The videos are a bit rough, but Id prefer to let people see it in this form and growing only getting better from this point on. So, from as a kid playing DUNGEON! the board game and being inspired from that, to 7 1/2 year process of making my first version of Dungeon Crusade (with all the dice,cards,dungeon,etc) getting a hold of Hasbro in 2008 and speaking to Mike Gray about Dungeon Crusade, to the start of this year showing off Dungeon Crusade to You Tube, it comes down to this. I guess we'll see. And, if it doesn't work? Oh well, I will still continue on my own some how. I never give up. And at least I showed what Dungeon Crusade could offer.So what would I like? First I would LOVE this to get funded, and put as much in as I can into it, so when its done, you have a huge box FULL of painted minis (if possible), tons of dungeon tiles, monsters that will give you a awesome solo challenge for years to come, plus everything else that comes with it. If your a 2D artist or 3D artist I encourage you to get a hold of me, and lets talk about joining together in this project.
